Product Specification
Printing of pre-paid cards for telephone companies places high demands on security. The printing company has to ensure that only the actual buyer of the pre-paid card has access to the phone services. The production of pre-paid cards features variable information printing of a 10-digit security code number on the face of the card – the key for the user to unlock the phone services. A layer of special ink is then applied on the back face of the card, which conceals this code number. The genuine user of this card can then scratch off the ink from the card’s surface, to gain access to the code number on the card, and begin using the phone service.
